Martyrs Foundation – Dhamar
On Oct.3,2019, The Martyrs Foundation in Dhamar province in partnership with the branch of the General Authority for Zakat has launched a project to distribute the school bag for the students of the childern of martyrs in various directorates of the province.
The project targeted 2,203 male and female students of the martyrs who are attending school for the academic year 2019-2020 in various directorates of the province.
The director of the branch of the Martyrs Dhamar ,Abdul Malik Al-Marouni ,said that the project comes within the activities of the foundation to care for the families of martyrs in various fields .. He pointed out the importance of cooperation from all in caring for the children of martyrs to receive their right of education.
In the inauguration ,the Acting Governor of Dhamar, the local Secretary General of the province, Mujahid Shayef Al-Ansi, the stressed on the importance of providing full care for the ad families of the martyrs in recognition of the sacrifices of their martyrs in the defense of the homeland.
He praised the efforts of the Martyrs Foundation and the Zakat Authority in supporting this project, pointing out the importance of concerted efforts of all to support and continuously care for the families of the martyrs .
For his part, First Deputy Governor ,Fahad Abdul-Hamid Al-Marouni, stressed the importance of everyone’s contribution to the care of the children of the martyrs and provide their needs in fulfillment of the sacrifices of their parents and relatives who made their lives cheap in the face of aggression and its plans.
In turn, the Director of the General Authority for Zakat in Dhamar, Majid Al Tineh ,said that the project comes within the framework of the projects adopted by the Authority .. He pointed out that the Authority will support and assiste the Martyrs Foundation in all its projects.
