” The branch of the Martyrs Foundation in Sana’a Governorate, in partnership with the branch of the General Authority for Zakat, launched today the project of distributing the school bag to the children of the martyrs in conjunction with the inauguration of the new school year. At the inauguration, in the Sanhan district, the governorate’s undersecretaries, Gibran Gobar and Faris Al-Kahali, noted this humanitarian gesture to the Martyrs Foundation and the Zakat Office in the governorate to ease the burdens on the families of the martyrs and encourage their children to enroll in schools. While the director of the Education Office in the governorate, Hadi Ammar, stressed the keenness toSupporting and encouraging the sons of the martyrs and giving them priority in cooperation in recognition of the sacrifices of their families in defending the homeland.. He pointed out the importance of such initiatives to motivate students to continue their studies. For his part, the director of the Martyrs Foundation branch in the governorate, Saleh Hamza, explained that the school bag project comes within the framework of the foundation’s annual activities, embodying its interest in the children of the martyrs as the least duty towards the heroism and sacrifices offered by the martyrs. And he indicated that the school bag contains integrated school supplies and targets five thousand sons of the martyrs in all districts of the governorate.. He valued the cooperation of the organizationZakat in support of this project. For his part, the Director of the Zakat Authority office in the governorate, Hamid Al-Ghouli, pointed to the importance of strengthening efforts to care and support the sons of the martyrs, feel their needs and help them face challenges, especially in light of the repercussions of the current circumstances as a result of the continued aggression and siege. The inauguration was attended by the Director of the Education Office in Sanhan Fahd Murshid, the branch official of the Martyrs Foundation in Sanhan Akram Al-Mahaqri and the governorate’s educational leaders.
