The Martyrs Foundation – Hajjah
On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha for the year 1441 AH, the Martyrs Foundation in Hajjah Governorate, in cooperation with the branch of the General Authority of Zakat, launched , July 30th, 8 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH, disbursing the Eid sums to the children of the martyrs in the various directorates of the governorate with a 50% contribution from the General Authority of Zakat, under the slogan “Your gifts are fulfillment”.
At the inauguration, which was attended by the deputy governor of the governorate, Professor Muhammad Ali Al-Qadi and a large number of personalities, as well as the committee formed from the main center represented by Brother Hassan Muhammad Gran, Brother Mustafa Gran and Brother Hussein al-Sheikh, the head of the foundation’s branch in the governorate, Mr. Mutahar Safi al-Din, welcomed the attendees, which reflects their interest in the families of the martyrs. Where he explained the mechanism used for the disbursement of the Eid sums for the children of the martyrs and the need to hand over the amounts to the children of the martyrs or their direct dependents.
During his speech, Safi al-Din praised the great efforts made by the General Authority for Zakat in supporting the Foundation’s projects that target the families of martyrs, which are considered the best of the segments of society as they have saved the lives of their children for the sake of God in defense of the homeland, its security, stability and unity.
