Martyrs Foundation – Hodeidah
The Martyrs Foundation in Al-Hodeidah Governorate on April 28th launched a project to distribute the Ramadan food basket to the families of the martyrs on the occasion of Ramadan.
In the inauguration, the Acting Governor, Muhammad Ayyash Qahim praised the efforts of the Martyrs Foundation and its interest about the families of the martyrs, who gave their lives for the sake of Allah, for the homeland, its security and stability.
In turn, the first deputy governor of the province, Ahmed Al-Bishri, explained that distributing the food basket to the families of the martyrs is the least that can be presented in recognition of the sacrifices of the martyrs in defense of the land and national sovereignty.
He called on business and finance men to help the families of the martyrs, the wounded and the prisoners, in order to reinforce the principle of social solidarity.
The director of the branch of the Martyrs Foundation in the governorate, Yahya Ali Al Shaathmi, indicated that the foundation started distributing 1,600 food baskets to the families of the martyrs in the villages of the governorate in appreciation of their sacrifices in defending the country and promoting social solidarity.
He indicated that the distribution of food baskets to the families of the martyrs is part of the foundation’s activities and projects to serve the families of the martyrs.
For their part, a number of the families of the martyrs praised the foundation and its continuous efforts to serve the families of the martyrs, stressing that martyrdom for the sake of the nation is the goal of all the nation’s people until victory for religion, honor and dignity.
The inauguration was attended by the governorate’s agents, Abdul Jabbar Ahmad Muhammad, Ali al-Kabari, the logistical support official in the fifth region, Hamza Abu Talib, and the director of the branch ,Yemen Thabat, in the governorate ,Abdullah Bajr.
