Martyrs Foundation sends an important note to all the heads of the martyrs to submit all the necessary documents

The Martyrs Foundation for the care and rehabilitation of the families of the martyrs said that will conduct a comprehensive field survey during the next month in various provinces of martyrs of the sacred duty in cooperation with the Central Bureau of Statistics.

The Foundation calls on all heads of families of martyrs in various provinces to cooperate with survey teams and provide accurate data .

The Foundation also calls upon the heads of families of martyrs of the holy duty to provide the required documents and attach them tp the survey form.

The Foundation affirms that they are as follows:

1. Death certificate of the martyr 2. Ruling on the inheritance of inheritance 3. The proxy 4. Copy of the ID card of the martyr 5. Copy of the agent’s card 6. Copy of the sponsor’s card 7. The martyr’s precepts 8. Two personal pictures of the martyr 9. Two personal pictures of the agent 10. A picture of each member of the family 11. Any other document that the Martyr’s family wants to attach
