On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad 1441 AH,the Martyrs Foundation commemorates a central cultural event with a large official and popular presence


Martyrs Foundation – Sana’a

The Martyrs Foundation for the Care and Rehabilitation of Martyrs’ Families held on Tuesday morning, Nov.5th, at the martyr Dr. Al-Mortada bin Zaid Al-Mahtoori Hall at Sana’a University a central event on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

The event was attended by the Secretary of the Capital, Mr. Hamoud Abbad, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Abdullah Al-Naami, the Member of the Shura Council, Dr. Talal Aqlan, the Deputy Minister of Civil Service, Mr. Abdullah Al-Moayyed,the fathers, brothers and families of martyrs and a number of Sheikhs, dignitaries, notables and students.

The event started with verses from the holy Quran, then the national anthem and an inauguration by Mr. Abdulsalam Al-Talbi, the Deputy Executive Director for Technical Affairs, in which he talked about the importance of reviving the occasion of the birth of the Prophet in this exceptional circumstance experienced by the Yemeni people who face strong tyranny and evil
.
Mr. Hussein Al-Qadi, the Acting Executive Director of the foundation, delivered a welcoming speech in which he expressed his thanks and gratitude to all those present in commemorating this great occasion, pointing to the great joy of the Yemeni people while their participation in the memory of the Prophet’s birthday with pride and dignity.
